There are many different ways you can use our services – for example, to search for and share product information, to provide reviews and feedback, to communicate with other people, to purchase our products through e-commerce, and to read about our opinions on the web log. When you share information with us, for example by creating a P.Osh Account, and as you use our services, we want you to be clear about how we’re using your information.
Information we collect
We collect information in two ways:
- Information you give us. When you sign up for your own P.Osh Account, or when you place your first order through e-commerce, we’ll ask for personal information, like your name, local address, email address, and telephone number.
- Information we get from your use of our services. We may collect information about the item choices and quantities of your purchases with P.Osh.
We use various technologies to collect and store information when you use the P.Osh website, and this may include sending one or more cookies to your device. A cookie is a small file containing a string of characters that is sent to your device when you visit a website. When you visit the website again, the cookie allows that site to recognise your browser. Cookies may store user preferences and other information. You can set your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some website features or services may not function properly without cookies.
How we use information we collect
When required, your personal information may be used by us to verify your identity, to maintain your P.Osh Account, and to allow your continued smooth usage of our services.
When you contact P.Osh, we may keep a record of your communication to help us to better understand your needs in the future. We may use your email address to inform you about our products and services, such as letting you know about our marketing and promotional activities, important news, and upcoming changes or improvements. We use information from your purchases and from cookies to prioritise and display products that might be more relevant and suitable for you during your next visit.
Information we share
We do not share personal information with companies, organisations and individuals outside of P.Osh unless we have your consent to do so. We require opt-in consent for the sharing of any sensitive personal information.
Terms of Service
Welcome to P.Osh!
Thank you for using our products and services (“Services”). The Services are provided by P.OSH SHOP LLP (“P.Osh”), a Singaporean business.
By using our Services, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Using the P.Osh website
Only use our website functions (Services) for their intended purposes; the functions are, though not limited to, for information (transmitting, receiving, and collecting), e-commerce, online designing of Customised Brownies, and providing P.Osh opinion through a web log. As such, don’t go beyond what we have provided by using the various functions through methods other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.
Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access. You may not use content from our Services unless you obtain written permission from P.Osh or are otherwise permitted by the Singapore Law. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Services. Don’t remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with our Services.
In connection with your use of the Services, we may send you important announcements, administrative messages, and other information. You may opt out of some of those communications.
Some of our Services are available on mobile devices. Do not use such Services in a way that distracts you and prevents you from obeying traffic or safety laws.
Your P.Osh Account
You may need a P.Osh Account in order to use some of our Services. You may create your own P.Osh Account at any time, or it can also be automatically created during your first e-commerce purchase with us.
To protect your P.Osh Account, please keep your password confidential. You are responsible for the activity that happens on or through your P.Osh Account. It is not advisable to reuse your P.Osh Account password on third-party applications. Please contact us immediately if you learn of any unauthorized use of your password or P.Osh Account.

Modifying and Terminating our Services
From time to time, we may change and improve our Services. This could mean adding or removing functions or features, and we may even discontinue a Service altogether.
Though we would rather hear from you and work things out, you can stop using our Services at any time. P.Osh may also stop providing Services to you, or add or create new limits to our Services at any time.
Our Warranties and Disclaimers
We provide our Services using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care and we hope that you will enjoy using them. Our Services are provided “AS IS” and without further promises or commitments; as a result, we do not accept any liability if our Services do not meet your expectations in any way.
To the extent permitted by the Singapore Law, we exclude all warranties.
Liability for our Services
When permitted by the Singapore Law, P.Osh, and its suppliers, will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues, financial losses, or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
To the extent permitted by the Singapore Law, the total liability of P.Osh, and its suppliers, for any claims under these terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Services or purchase the products. According to our discretion, we may also choose to limit the liability to supplying you the Services or products again.
In all cases, P.Osh, and its suppliers, will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable.
Business uses of our Services
If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify P.Osh and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees.
About these Terms
We may modify these terms to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. You should look at the terms regularly. We will post notice of modifications to these terms on this page. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than seven days after they are posted. However, changes addressing new functions for a Service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If you do not agree to the modified terms for a Service, you should discontinue your use of that Service.
These terms control the relationship between P.Osh and you. They do not create any third party beneficiary rights.
If you do not comply with these terms, and we don’t take action right away, we still reserve the right to take action in the future.
If it turns out that a particular term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms.
The Laws of Singapore will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services. All claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services will be litigated exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
